1. Who we are

monsterstribe is an independent retailer of designer toys and blind boxes operating from the United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pop Mart, How2Work, Medicom Toy, MINISO TOP TOY, Sanrio, or any other intellectual property holder mentioned on this site. All brand names, product names, and logos are property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only under fair use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on monsterstribe.com. By placing an order you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Blind boxes are intended for collectors. Many products are rated 15+ by the manufacturer and contain small parts not suitable for young children.

3. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Products and pricing

  • All products are sold as described, with manufacturer-published specifications where available.
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every product description, price, or image is error-free. If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm, adjust, or cancel.
  • All products are authentic and pass through our Authentication Lab before shipping.

5. Blind box mechanics

Blind boxes are randomized mystery products. By purchasing:

  • You understand the specific character or variant is determined by random chance.
  • Listed probabilities (where shown) reflect the manufacturer's published odds for that series.
  • We do not guarantee any specific figure, chase variant, or secret will be in your box.
  • Once a sealed box is opened, it cannot be returned (see Refund Policy).

6. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailable, pricing error).
  • Charges are billed in USD by our payment processor.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Minor manufacturing variations in designer toys are not defects.
