1. Where we ship
monsterstribe currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states, DC, APO/FPO addresses, and Puerto Rico.
International shipping is on the roadmap. Sign up for email updates to be notified when it opens.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Shipping methods and rates

Rates are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
4. Order tracking
All orders ship with carrier tracking. You will receive:
- A confirmation email when your order is placed.
- A shipping email with the tracking number when your order ships.
- Delivery confirmation when the package is marked delivered.
If you do not see tracking updates within 48 hours of the shipping email, contact us.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide. monsterstribe is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@monstertale.com. We may be able to update before pickup, but cannot guarantee it once the order is in the fulfillment queue.
6. Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost, stuck, or marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before unboxing further and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund according to our Refund Policy.
7. Packaging
We pack with reused and recyclable material wherever possible. Blind boxes ship in their original outer packaging, protected by inner cushioning. We do not include marketing inserts inside the box to keep the experience clean for collectors and re-sellers.
8. PO boxes and special addresses
- PO Box — Standard shipping supported.
- APO / FPO — Standard shipping supported. Delivery time may extend beyond the windows above.
- Forwarding services — We ship to the address on the order, including known forwarder addresses. Buyer assumes responsibility once the package reaches the forwarder.
9. Sales tax and duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state and our tax-nexus footprint. For US destinations there are no import duties.
10. Holidays and peak periods
Order volumes can spike during holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year, Pop Mart drop days). Processing times may extend by 1–2 business days during these windows. We post advisories on the storefront when peak periods begin.
